If the issue can be safely resolved remotely, we’ll fix it on the spot.
How Remote Support Works
We begin with a phone call to understand the issue.
If suitable, secure remote access software is used (only with your permission).
You can see everything happening on your screen in real time.
Once the issue is resolved, the session is closed immediately.
You remain in full control at all times.
Security & Privacy

Remote access is only ever done with your permission.
Access is temporary and ends once the session is complete.
No files are accessed without your knowledge.
No software remains installed unless required and approved.
Fair Pricing Structure
Remote support is charged at a lower rate than an on-site visit.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and a home visit is required, the initial remote support fee will be deducted from the callout charge.
You won’t be charged twice for the same problem.
